Imagine for a moment to be a shepherd for a day.

Located in the foothill of the Alluitz, in the Urkiola Natural Park, we have facilities and the perfect surroundings to know and interpret the life in a farmĀ  through diferent workshops and activities.

At the beginning, the group discovers the secrets of the Idiazabal cheese. We take part in a workshop to prepare curds and fresh cheese, some of the curds are made with wooden tools reproducing the ancestral knowledge that it’s told that comes from the Neolithic.
